The pink chalk is the first inspection and the white is the second. Marking the strikes is how an adjuster standing on the roof sees the same damage we did, rather than taking our word for it.
The scope was agreed off the back of that. Tarps went down over the beds and the drive, and the tear-off started from the back slope.
